Terms & product boundaries

Chargineer is a preliminary planning tool for commercial AC EV charging projects. These pages state its plain-language boundaries. They are not a legal contract, and nothing here is legal advice.

Before you start

The first-visit notice presents the boundaries below and asks for one lightweight acknowledgment before you continue exploring. It never blocks the application: the notice is dismissible and everything underneath stays usable.

  • Everything you see is a preliminary plan, not a promise of results, costs, or timing.
  • Nothing here is certification, legal advice, or a pass or fail verdict.
  • Facts come from official manufacturer and authority records. They can change.
  • Your inputs stay private to you. Exports contain only what you select. People you share with get a preview and cannot export.
  • Have qualified engineers review plans before you rely on them.
  • The interface is English. Sources may be in any EU language.
  • Chargineer needs a computer screen at least 1280 pixels wide.

Verify with manufacturers, engineers, authorities, or advisers before relying on anything shown here.

Planning outputs are preliminary

Plans are preliminary drafts, not final engineering, certification, or legal documents. Review them with qualified engineers before acting.

This applies to every planning output: the generated project, Studio, BOM, compliance guidance, exports, and anything a shared recipient sees.

Financial limitations

Financial limitations

  • Results depend on your assumptions and on conditions outside your control.
  • Every displayed result is computed from the inputs you enter.
  • No financial projections or return calculations are computed.
  • No tax, NPV, IRR, depreciation, financing offers, ROI, or payback are computed or implied.

Nothing here is a lender offer or a financing recommendation.

Export privacy

  • Exported files contain only what you selected for that export.
  • People you share with see a preview of the saved version and cannot export.

Your acknowledgment

The first-visit acknowledgment is stored only in this browser (localStorage) and is never sent to the server. Use the control below to reset it, or clear this site's storage in your browser.
