Precedence

National overlay
PAngV (Preisangabenverordnung) requires clear price display for consumers in Germany; AFIR/LSV 2026 take precedence for publicly accessible charging, PAngV remains the national basis for other paid charging.

Advisory guidance

For paid charging in Germany, the operator should review the PAngV price-display requirements (clear and easily identifiable prices); for publicly accessible points the AFIR/LSV price-transparency rules take precedence.
