R. 111-14-2 and following of the Code de la construction et de l'habitation implement the EPBD pre-equipment obligation in France for new residential buildings (pre-equipment of parking spaces for EV charging, dimensioned per the application arrêté).

Advisory guidance

For new residential building projects in France, the designer should review the pre-equipment obligations of articles R. 111-14-2 and following of the Code de la construction et de l'habitation: parking spaces of new residential buildings are pre-equipped for future EV charging, with the electrical installation dimensioned per the application arrêté.
