§ 14a EnWG (BNetzA rulings BK6-22-300 / BK8-22/010-A) governs steuerbare Verbrauchseinrichtungen in Germany - non-public charging above 4.2 kW commissioned from 2024-01-01.

Advisory guidance

For non-public charging with a connection above 4.2 kW commissioned from 2024, the operator should review the § 14a EnWG family: dimming capability to 4.2 kW, module choice (1/2/3), the § 19(2) NAV notification to the DSO, and the iMSys + Steuerbox prerequisite.
